Terms of sale
What you are buying, what it costs and what happens if it goes wrong.
Who you are buying from
Carlos Luis Medina Perdomo, tax number 60741839N, based in Madrid, Spain and trading as Denso Creative Studio; the full registered address is in the legal notice. These terms cover the catalogue pieces and the studio packages bought through this site. Other commissions are agreed by email and are not covered here.
Everything is made after you order it
Nothing on this site sits on a shelf waiting. Each piece is printed in resin and painted by hand once the order comes in, which is why it takes 2 to 4 weeks. It also means small differences between one piece and the next are normal — that is what hand-painted means, not a defect.
Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is calculated from the weight of the parcel and shown before you pay, never after. Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are not included and are paid by you on arrival.
Nothing here is in stock
Every piece is printed in resin and painted by hand after you order it, to the finish you choose while checking out. Nothing is taken off a shelf, and no two come out identical — small differences between one piece and the next are what hand-painted means, not a defect.
That is why it takes 2 to 4 weeks, and why the form before payment asks how you want each piece. What you answer there is what gets made.
How an order works
You add pieces to the basket, choose where it ships, say how you want each one, and pay on Stripe. The order exists once the payment goes through, and you get an email confirming it with your order number. If we cannot make a piece, we say so and refund it in full.
Changing your mind
Because every piece is made to the specification you give at checkout, orders from this shop fall outside the 14-day right of withdrawal. Spanish law takes made-to-order goods out of it (article 103.c of the consumer act), and reasonably so: a piece painted the way you asked is not one anybody else is waiting for. You confirm you understand this with a tick box before paying — it is not hidden here.
What that does not take away: if it arrives broken, if it is not what you asked for, or if it develops a fault, you are covered — see the next two sections. Made to order never means sold as seen.
And before it is made, talk to us. If you write to [email protected] quickly enough that work has not started, we will cancel it and refund you. That is goodwill and not an obligation, but it is how we prefer to work.
If it arrives broken or wrong
That one is on us, custom or not. Send a photo to [email protected] within a few days of it arriving and we repair it, remake it or refund it — and we pay the postage both ways. Beyond that you have the 3-year legal guarantee that Spanish law gives on any product.
Studio packages
Package prices are starting points: the final price depends on the scope and is agreed in writing before the rest of the work goes ahead. What you pay online is the start payment — half of the entry price for a project, or the first month for social media — and it is deducted from the final price. Payment is taken by Stripe, by card or in stablecoins; a crypto payment is converted from euros at the moment you pay.
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. If you ask us to start within those days and then withdraw, you pay only for the work already done. Social media packages are month to month: tell us before the next month starts and it does not renew. If we cannot take the project on, we refund the start payment in full.
If we disagree
Write to [email protected] first: almost everything gets solved that way. If it does not, you can go to the consumer arbitration system or to the courts of your own place of residence, which as a consumer is your right.
