No cookies, and no banner either
This site sets no cookies of its own, which is why you were never asked to accept any. There is nothing to accept.
Two things it does remember
Your browser stores two values so the site works: denso-lang, which is whether you are reading in English or Spanish, and denso.cart.v1, which is your basket. They stay on your device, we never see them, and clearing your browser data removes them. Neither needs your consent, because without them the site would not do what you asked it to.
The players from other companies
The Spotify player on the Sound page loads as soon as you open that page, so from then on Spotify’s own rules apply there — and Spotify does use cookies. The SoundCloud, Bandcamp and YouTube players elsewhere on the site are pictures until you click them: nothing is loaded from those companies, and no cookie of theirs is set, unless you decide to listen.
When you pay
Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages, which use cookies to process the payment and spot fraud. That is theirs, not ours, and it only happens if you go through with a purchase.
