What we do with your data. Short version: very little.
The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. The fonts are served from here, not from Google. We only hold data you type in yourself: a message through the contact form, your email if you join the newsletter, or an order.
Who is responsible
Carlos Luis Medina Perdomo, tax number 60741839N, based in Madrid, Spain. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page; the full registered address is in the legal notice.
If you write to us
The contact form sends your name, email and message to our inbox through Resend (or FormSubmit as a backup), which deliver it and do not keep it. A short copy (name, email, the service you picked and your message) is also sent to the studio’s own WhatsApp through CallMeBot, so we can answer sooner; CallMeBot passes it on and is not used for anything else. We use it to answer you and, if the job goes ahead, to run it. Legal basis: your request. We keep the thread as long as the working relationship is alive, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
If you join the newsletter
Studio transmissions is a few emails a year: new work, new pieces and what the studio is up to. We only need your email address. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by subscribing and confirming from the email we send you, and which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected].
Densonido, the studio’s music site, has its own mailing list: new tracks and sessions when they come out. It works the same way, with the same consent, the same confirmation email and the same way out, and it is a separate list: joining one does not sign you up to the other.
The list is kept by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, in the European Union), which sends the emails on our behalf and tells us whether they were opened. Your address stays on the list until you leave it, and then it is removed. We never use it for anything else, and never pass it on.
If you buy something
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card never touches this website: you type it on Stripe's own page. We receive your name, email, phone and shipping address so the piece can be made and sent, plus the status of the payment. Legal basis: the contract between us, and the tax law that makes us keep invoices.
Because every piece is made to order, we also keep the order itself: what you chose, how you asked for it to be finished, anything you wrote in the notes box, and the contact and delivery details above. It lives in a database of ours hosted by Cloudflare in the same place as this site, and it exists for one reason — somebody has to read it to make your piece. We keep it for six years, which is what Spanish commercial law requires of order records, and then it goes.
What is never in there: anything about your card. Not the number, not the last four digits, not the expiry. That stays with Stripe and we have no way to see it.
The shipping address also reaches the carrier, because someone has to knock on your door.
If you buy a studio package, we keep your name, email, the package, what you wrote about the project, how you paid (card or crypto) and the status of the payment, in the same database and for the same six years. If you pay in crypto, Stripe handles it: we never see or hold a wallet key.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the site work: Cloudflare hosts it, serves the pages and holds the order database, Resend and FormSubmit deliver the contact form, CallMeBot passes a copy of it to the studio’s WhatsApp, MailerLite keeps the newsletter list and sends it, Stripe takes the payment, and the carrier delivers the parcel. Nobody else. We do not sell or share data with anyone, ever.
What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, a limit on what we do with it, or that we stop. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
